About Us
SCC of Iowa. We are professional paving contractors, who specialize in foundations, flatwork, and paving. Our team services the corridor and surrounding areas. We have over twenty years of experience in the concrete business. Currently, we employ roughly 25 employees, totaling 8 crews and providing excellent service. On average we complete over 100 foundations per year and a dozen commercial projects. SCC of Iowa office is located in Palo, Iowa, serving all of Eastern Iowa and beyond.

In 2018, Standard Concrete Construction was founded, and Ben Patzner and Corey Banes, were involved in the help of the start up and getting the company up and running. In September 2022 ownership changed hands, Corey Banes and Ben Patzner remain as co-owners and Standard Concrete Construction is now known as: SCC of Iowa, LLC.
