SCC of Iowa is hiring Wall Foreman and Wall Laborers to help build high-quality concrete structures. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Wall Foreman Requirements:

✔ Experience leading concrete crews in wall construction
✔ Ability to read blueprints and ensure accurate formwork placement
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Wall Laborer Requirements:

✔ Experience in concrete work preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
✔ Ability to work with rebar, forms, and pouring techniques
✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
