SCC of Iowa is proud to highlight our work on the Wilson Avenue Warehouse Project in Cedar Rapids. This impressive 50,000-square-foot steel Butler building showcases our expertise in concrete and construction.

Key Project Highlights:

• Over 1,000 feet of concrete walls expertly poured and placed.
• 300 cubic yards of concrete used to lay the groundwork.
• 30 concrete piers and anchor bolt sets meticulously installed to support the structure.

And we’re not done yet! This spring, we’ll be back to pour the warehouse floor, requiring an additional 1,000 cubic yards of concrete.

This project is a testament to SCC of Iowa’s ability to handle large-scale industrial construction with precision and care.
