Old Orchard Project: A Seamless 4-Seasons Room Addition

This exciting project started with removing the old concrete patio. With tight access, all equipment had to fit through a narrow walkthrough gate in the side yard. Thanks to innovative tools like our motorized wheelbarrow (power buggy), we navigated these challenges effortlessly.

Here’s what we completed:

• Removal of the existing concrete patio
• Excavation and trench foundation pour
• Installation of a smooth, durable concrete floor
