Project Scope & Highlights

✅ Foundation & Flatwork: Our team handled the entire foundation pour, ensuring a solid base for the structure.
✅ 2,000+ Feet of Curb & Gutter: Precision work to support parking and pedestrian access.
✅ Black Concrete Floors: Unique black concrete flooring inside the dining room and surrounding sidewalks, giving the restaurant a distinctive look.
✅ Kitchen Floor Pour in Winter: Despite the harsh Iowa winter, we kept the project on schedule by completing the kitchen floor pour on time, helping the general contractor, JM Stitt (California), stay on track.

Project Status & Expected Opening

With progress moving quickly, Texas Roadhouse aims to open its doors by May 2025! SCC of Iowa is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship while meeting deadlines, no matter the season.
